Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Malaysia International Scholarship (MIS), you must meet the following requirements:
- Age: Applicants for postgraduate programs must be under 40 years old, and applicants for postdoctoral programs must be under 45 years old.
- Academic Qualifications:
- For postgraduate scholarship applicants: A Second Class Upper (Honours) or a CGPA of 3.5/4.0 at the undergraduate level.
- For postdoctoral scholarship applicants: A CGPA of 3.5/4.0 at the master’s level or strong academic performance in the field of intended research.

They include exceptional scientists, writers, scholars, public intellectuals, practitioners, and artists whose work has a significant impact on their professional fields and beyond.
The Radcliffe Institute fellows program runs for nine (9) months from September 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026. As a program core principle, they challenge each other’s ideas and support each other’s ambitions.
