This is an opportunity for international students to learn about the academic environment, get acquainted with life in Vietnam, and explore the university’s support services.

Objectives of Orientation Day
- To welcome international students to Hoa Sen University and help them familiarize themselves with the new academic environment.
- To provide essential information about academic regulations, course registration processes, student support services, and extracurricular activities at Hoa Sen University.
- To assist students in integrating into life in Ho Chi Minh City, with useful information about local culture, lifestyle, and amenities available to international students.
Program Agenda
- 9:00 – 9:05: Seating and program introduction
- 9:05 – 9:10: Welcome and introduction of international students
- 9:10 – 9:30: Overview of academic regulations, student affairs, and support services at Hoa Sen University
- 9:30 – 9:45: Sharing insights on life in Ho Chi Minh City for international students
- 9:45 – 10:15: Gift giving and group photo session
- 10:15 – 10:30: Q&A session for student inquiries
- 10:30 – 10:45: Campus tour of Nguyen Van Trang facility
