Mô tả Công việc

1. Daily shipment following up

• Make booking with forwarders;
• Arrange truck & Customs declaration for import/exportation;
• Confirm vessel schedule, freight rate check & make comparison;
• Others (for example: fabric label).

2. Shipping doc preparation

• Invoice & Packing list creation;
• Check the AN, BL, DN from forwarders;
• Sending doc to WH & end customers;
• LC application.

3. SAP creation

• Create Outbound;
• Create Billing.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Education: University or college degree, major: Business, Logistics, Import and export or related;
• Experience: Over 1 years related working experience, experience in manufactoring is prefereble;
• Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
• Skills: Communications and influencing, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
