RECRUITING: Dispatch Specialist

Job description
Manage drivers and vehicles, understanding both quantity and quality.
Receive orders and handle issues related to transportation and delivery daily.
Plan and arrange transportation according to customer orders
Arrange and arrange work, reasonable routes for drivers, assign specific tasks to each driver.
Arrange reasonable, scientific, cost-effective and on-time deliveries.
Control vehicle oil and vehicle tolls.
Monitor and control the driver’s delivery and receipt process, manage and guide drivers to handle arising problems
Control invoices and documents related to expenses & make monthly payment requests to garages.
Work together and support transporters and warehouses on arising issues
Looking for new quality and competitive suppliers.
Other tasks as assigned by management
Job requirements
Gender: Male/Female. Graduation: Intermediate or higher majors: Economics, transportation, warehousing,… Understanding of the transportation field
Age: 21 – 35 years old. Experience from 1 – 2 years in a similar position.
Understand knowledge of information related to vehicles, road routes, and experience on the road.
Know how to use GPS and Google Maps navigation systems.
Have good organizational and management skills, grasp the driver’s psychology and abilities, manage, arrange, assign, and monitor the most reasonable driving route.
Have good time management, task management, and problem solving skills
Proficient in MS Office at work (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
