HSU STUDENTS AT THE 11th NATIONAL CONGRESS OF VIETNAM STUDENT ASSOCIATION

On December 19, comrade Huynh Gia Diem – Student of Event Management, Chairman of the Student Association of Hoa Sen University, Member of the Inspection Committee of the Vietnamese Student Association of Ho Chi Minh City, was present in Hanoi Capital to attend the meeting. Attend the 11th National Congress of the Vietnamese Student Association, term 2023 – 2028. Gia Diem is honored to be one of 140 representatives from Ho Chi Minh City attending this Congress.

This year, the 11th Congress gathered 696 delegates, representing 2.1 million Vietnamese members and students across the country. The Congress took place with 4 sessions and many activities such as: Exhibition “Vietnamese Students – Proudly marching forward”, Merit recognition ceremony and visit to Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum, Incense offering ceremony at Bac Son monument. In particular, the Congress welcomed and received a guiding speech from Comrade Vo Van Thuong – Politburo member, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

At the discussion session, comrade Huynh Gia Diem represented HSU students to participate in discussion group No. 1 with the topic “Students study, create, and do scientific research”. Here, the President of the HSU Student Union raised some difficult issues at the facility in accessing scientific research topics, how to promote the noble title “5-good student” and at the same time Propose models and solutions that have been successfully implemented at HSU to spread grassroots vitality to your school’s Student Unions.

Hopefully the valuable experiences in the Capital will help Gia Diem and the HSU Student Association have more lessons and initiatives to help the Union – Association movement grow, bring colorful experiences to HSUers and contribute to City construction, country development.
