Position: Sales Forwarder – HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

Survey and research the Logistics market: import-export, forwarding, transportation.

Search for customers and partners who need to import/export and transport goods via domestic and international sea and air.

Offer prices for domestic and international services and freight (air/sea) to customers/partners.

Customer care, regularly updating goods status. Ensure service quality in accordance with Company procedures.

Coordinate with the Accounting department to monitor, compare and collect debts.

Maintain service quality through coordination with operational departments, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate closely with other members in the department to implement business strategies and complete set goals and plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from College or higher in economics, business administration, logistics, import-export, supply chain…..

Good communication in English or Chinese

Have 1 year of experience in sales (logistics, forwarder, shipping company).

Good communication, cheerful, agile, eager to learn, and forward-thinking

Know office information technology
