M&P needs to find a Logistics Sales Manager

Position: Head of Logistics Business Department

Job description
– Make a business plan, set out business strategies at each stage or according to market requirements to maintain and develop customers, profits and meet the requirements of Targets / Objectives assigned by the Director/Board of Directors.
– Research the market, update the business situation of the enterprise in the market, fluctuations in the freight market and delivery services to update the Sales Department with information to work with customers.

– Seek and develop relationships with customers and partners in the Logistics field
– Update and advise the Director of the company on Forwarding market information, strategies for working with customers, partners, management policies, and employee benefits in each appropriate period.
– Update reports and resolve problems during the work of Sales Department staff through meetings and discussions.
– Support employees and other departments working with customers and partners.
– Report and be responsible to the Director for business results and operations of the Sales Department.
– Responsible for managing, urging, motivating and developing personnel of the Sales Department
– Have a plan to recruit and train new employees to meet the requirements of the job and the company. Build a united, dynamic, professional and effective Sales team
– Representation is the image of the company establishing and maintaining good relationships with domestic and foreign customers, partners, and suppliers
– Set criteria to evaluate personal capacity of employees, periodically evaluate employees based on criteria as a basis for rewards and punishments, ensure fairness and objectivity, replace personnel if unsuitable .
– Propose preferential policies for employees, partners, etc. to create motivation and good relationships
– Monitor the correct operation of the ISO process, supplement the adjustment process when necessary to effectively meet customer requirements for the Company’s services.
– Other tasks (if any) as assigned by the Director and/or Board of Directors

Job requirements
– Graduated from university/college
– Experience in training/guiding
– Ability to create business strategies as well as development plans for the team and each individual sales person
– Understand specialized knowledge and market
– Have relationships with shipping lines and forwarders
– Ability to build up team
– English: good listening, speaking, reading and writing
– Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
