Research, verify the legality and reasonableness of contracts and advise the Board of Directors before signing.
Ensure the contract implementation process is consistent, ensure the contract is performed exactly as signed, minimize damages in case of disputes and have a basis to force the parties to perform correctly. their responsibilities in the contract.
Carry out procedures such as: changing business registration for logistics companies, branches, and offices of companies; Procedures for applying for transport licenses, badges, intermodal permits…
Self-update new legal documents in the field of transportation and logistics.
Store documents and records of the Logistics Legal department.
** Working hours: Monday – Saturday morning (Morning: 08:00 – 12:00; Afternoon: 13:30 – 17:30)

Job requirements
Job requirements:
Education level: University or higher, majoring in Law.
Have 02-03 years of experience in checking the legality of economic contracts.
Understand the provisions of civil and commercial law on economic contracts; Legal documents related to Logistics.
Ability to work independently and collectively.
Enthusiastic in work, willing to progress and long-term commitment to the Company.
Ensure information security in all assigned work.
