Position: Head of Sales Logistics – HCMC

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan strategies, budgets, plans, solutions, and organize the implementation of Sales/Marketing activities of the company.
  • Develop and implement monthly/quarterly/annual business plans to ensure completion of budget targets assigned to the Sales & Marketing (S&M) Department.
  • Responsible for evaluating monthly/quarterly/yearly business results of the S&M department and each employee compared to the budget to have appropriate and timely adjustment and implementation plans.
  • Develop sales policies including: pricing policies, marketing, and brand promotion programs of the company.
  • Carry out the task of updating the Company’s introduction (brochure/ profile), presenting to customers and partners an overview of the Joint Stock Company group (including the Parent Company, Subsidiaries, and Affiliated Companies). joint venture) & service provision capacity of the Company and Group of Companies.
  • Conduct research to find new markets and discover customer needs. Search for new potential customers for the Company, introduce the Company’s Logistics service supply chain and the Company team to customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Male/Female, aged 35-52.
  • Graduated from University or higher majoring in Business Administration, Logistics, Marketing or related fields.
  • Have knowledge of Logistics business.
  • Over 10 years of sales experience in companies related to Logistics and supply chain, including at least 05 years of management in a similar position.
  • Have experience in projects, solutions and implementation to enhance the sales department’s capacity towards providing integrated and comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Leadership and management skills in running business and marketing activities
  • Have experience in risk management
  • Have knowledge of corporate governance, finance and business.
  • Communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Interviewing, analyzing, and evaluating skills to find suitable employees for the company.
  • Skills in analyzing, synthesizing, planning and implementing work.
  • Skills in training, assigning tasks and monitoring until results are created.
  • Ability to build team connections and motivate the team to develop.
  • Sharp working mindset, creative, proactive, oriented towards work efficiency
