Last weekend, the Faculty of English Language and International Culture at HSU organized a talk show on ‘Foreign Language Reading Skills�?at the Ho Chi Minh City Book Street.

With valuable insights on reading skills and engaging English minigames led by Mr. Trần Quang Hải �?Director of the General English Program, and Ms. Trần Th�?Cẩm Tú �?Deputy Head of the Faculty of English Language and International Culture at HSU, the event attracted a large number of students, parents, and many visitors. They listened, shared, participated in activities, and learned more about HSU’s Go Global program

At the same time, HSU’s bookstore at Book Street became lively as people visited, bought books, and checked in with the super cute Sen mascots.

To establish a solid foundation in English and prepare for integration into an international standard training environment at Hoa Sen University, Hoa Sen University is launching a NEAS (Australia) standard English course for freshman

Throughout nine sessions with diverse topics, new students will engage with interactive teaching methods that focus on the comprehensive development of Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Critical Thinking skills, similar to English learning environments in English-speaking countries. This will allow students to enhance their English proficiency, improve communication skills, develop soft skills, and broaden their understanding through cultural exchange activities.

The NEAS (Australia) standard English course is one of the privileges for candidates applying to all majors at Hoa Sen University. It helps students improve their English skills to be ready for integration into the international environment at HSU. HSU is the ONLY university in Vietnam to receive NEAS (Australia) certification for three consecutive years. With this certification, Hoa Sen students will study in an international environment, ensuring solid English skills and confident communication in global academic and work settings.

On September 10, 2024, the General English Program of the Faculty of Foreign Languages and International Studies at Hoa Sen University organized a new academic year meeting with the faculty members.
