Doan Minh Chau, PhD has been serving as the Rector at the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership since June 2021. She holds Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Knowledge Science – specializing in Marketing from Japan. In addition, she has over 10 years of experience working in the fields of Communication & Marketing, having previously worked with multinational corporations such as Intel and PepsiCo. She also serves as a lecturer responsible for teaching Marketing and Communication courses in both undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
Aligned with the educational philosophy of “Knowledge development on the foundation of creativity and sharing together,” she aims to build and develop a community of excellence in postgraduate education, with learners at the center of education. Students are not only equipped with comprehensive knowledge and skills but also provided with a professional learning environment and numerous opportunities for knowledge exchange, research experience, and professional development.
Nguyen Bao Anh, MSc, assumed the role of Deputy Director at the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership in July 2021. He holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Management and Marketing from Bournemouth University, United Kingdom. With over 20 years of dedication and service in the tourism and urban development sector.
In his role as Vice Director, he advocates: “Lifelong learning is the capability to learn how to perfect oneself and surpass oneself through the knowledge of humanity, through one’s own experiences, and through a proper method. The culture of learning is a strategic vision, it is an investment strategy in human resources, and it is the most effective retention and attraction solution for talent in an organization, a business.”
Ho Truc Vi, PhD has assumed the position of Deputy Director at the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership since January 2024. She is responsible for managing and shaping the strategic direction of master’s degree programs at Hoa Sen University. She aims to develop streamlined and effective training programs that provide students with practical experiences and updated knowledge relevant to societal trends and demands.
With over 12 years of experience in the field of education at various universities and practical experience as a senior consultant in enterprises, she has accumulated valuable insights. Additionally, she has authored more than 30 articles in domestic and international journals and conferences. She has also participated in 3 national research projects funded by the Ministry and Provincial authorities, as well as several other practical projects.
Mrs. Tuyet Hong brings over 25 years of experience in business and corporate networking, with more than 20 years dedicated to Hoa Sen University. At the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership, Mrs. Tuyet Hong oversees the management and organization of corporate training programs. Additionally, she is responsible for coordinating training partnerships and admissions for master’s programs with affiliated educational institutions and partners.
Graduating from Towon University (USA), Mrs. Cat Quynh has accumulated years of experience living, studying, and working in the field of education in both the United States and Vietnam.
At the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership, Mrs. Cat Quynh serves as a companion, always ready to listen, bridge gaps, and incorporate students’ feedback and contributions to enable timely support and favorable conditions for learners.
Moreover, to enhance the practical spirit of the postgraduate program, the Student Experience Department regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and specialized events to connect students with fellow students, alumni, and experts. Through these activities, students will have the opportunity to expand their network and engage in exchanges to share experiences.
Having graduated from the Master’s program in Trade Management in South Korea, Nhat Linh, MA brings years of experience in the field of communication. At the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership, she is responsible for managing communication channels and the admissions system for the master’s program, as well as overseeing the image and content on the Institute’s communication channels.
Additionally, she serves as the primary contact for inquiries received through the Institute’s communication channels, providing guidance and feedback to both current students and prospective applicants interested in Hoa Sen University’s master’s program.
Having graduated from the International Bachelor’s program at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, he brings years of experience with training programs at colleges and universities. In the postgraduate program at Hoa Sen University, he is responsible for tasks related to academic management, training, and examinations.
With many years of dedication to Hoa Sen University, she is responsible for managing records and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership. She also receives and processes applications from students and applicants interested in the master’s programs.
As the youngest member of the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership team, she serves as one of the admissions consultants for Hoa Sen University’s master’s program. With a passion for and dedication to the field of education, she is always ready to assist prospective applicants and students with admissions information and provide attentive guidance on application procedures.
With several years of experience in consulting and customer care, he holds the position of admissions consultant for the postgraduate program. Like other members of the Admissions Department, he is always ready to provide information, address inquiries, and guide prospective applicants interested in the master’s program through the application process.

Graduated from a Master’s program in Taiwan, Ms. Ngoc Phu currently oversees the training aspect of the postgraduate program at the Institute of Graduate Studies & Leadership, Hoa Sen University. In addition to administrative tasks, Ms. Ngoc Phu is the contact person responsible for arranging classes with instructors.
