Position: Logistics Staff – HCM

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Complete the implementation of a shipment of imported goods according to the basic business process from the time of receiving documents from the agent until the shipment is delivered to the customer.
  • Coordinate with other departments to complete work
  • Work with agents and customers regarding shipment issues
  • Report daily work progress
  • Proficient in answering customer questions and assisting customers when requested
  • Enter the system, track income and expenses, issue debits to customers
  • Other related tasks as assigned by management and company leaders

Export goods

  • Receive RO from agents for LCL, FCL goods / booking request from customers.
  • Arrange booking with shipping lines, Report shipment details to boss
  • Receive SI from customer and make HBL to send to customer, submit SI to shipping company to make MBL.
  • Send pre-alert documents to the agent.
  • Receive information and update relevant information to customers promptly
  • Enter revenue and expenditure data and create debit notes for customers
  • Perform other assigned tasks as assigned by management and leadership

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Age Range: 21-27.
  • University degree, major in logistics or related major. Priority is given to people with experience.
  • Foreign language: English or Chinese (REQUIRED)
  • In case of fluent Chinese, the company will train if you do not have experience
  • Use office information technology well, be agile and honest.
