Graduated in Architecture from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture, Master in Urban Design and Development from University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia (2001), Mr. Tu Phuc Duc’s areas of expertise are architectural design, urban design and construction, and teaching.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Van has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2010.
She has more than ten years of experience working in an educational environment.
Graduated in Office Administration from Hoa Sen University and majored in Business Administration from the University of Economics; Ms. Van is interested in the field of human resource management.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ngoc started working at Hoa Sen University from March 2021. She has experience in organizing and managing events, communication and advertising.
She graduated in Business Administration from Hutech University, majoring in Information Technology at University of Natural Sciences.
Mrs. Nguyen Nhat Thieu Anh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2005.
Before that, she experienced working in many positions: Human Resources Specialist and General Manager of Dang Khoa Garment Co., Ltd (2 years), Head of Legal Administration Department and Deputy Head of Administration Department of HTD Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Binh Tien (Biti’s) (2 years). When she returned to Hoa Sen, she held the position of Secretary – Assistant to the Board of Directors, Secretary to the Rector of Hoa Sen University (8 years); Specialist in the Department of Scientific Research and International Cooperation (1 year); Communication & Marketing in the field of education (7 years): Coordinating enrollment consulting in Ho Chi Minh City and 14 neighboring provinces; Head of Recruitment Consulting Group; Communication and Admissions Specialist Faculty of Professional Training later renamed Faculty of Art and Design (FADA)
Graduated with a Master’s degree of Business Administration from Griggs University (USA), her specialties are Business Administration, Marketing, Event Organization, Customer Service – Consulting and customer service.
Mrs. Dinh Thi Hai Yen has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2010. She graduated in Sewing Technology from the University of Technical Education in 2003 and has a Master’s degree in Textile Materials Technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
She used to work at Viet Tien Garment Company, Hoa Sen University and DDT Group (Hanoi). From 2010 until now, she has worked at Hoa Sen University. In addition, she also participates in guest lectures and judges at Nguyen Tat Thanh University.
Mr. Ly Quang Vinh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2011.
Before that, he had 5 years of experience working at Fimexco company (IT specialist, Head of warranty department, Head of technical station development department).
He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Natural Sciences, majoring in Information Technology.
Up to now, Mr. Ngo Hung Dung has had thirty years of work at Hoa Sen University.
Graduated from the Information Technology University of Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi University of Foreign Languages, his areas of expertise are computer repair, computer networks, elearning and technology research, photography, videography and editing.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Tuyet has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2022. She has experience in translating, coordinating, and supporting event organiztion. Graduating from English Translation and Interpretation major at Can Tho University, she pays much attention to foreign story books, especially the English-Vietnamese translation of foreign-language novels. In addition, she’s interested in digital graphics. In her spare time, she spends a lot of time looking for illustrations by modern artists. Coming to the field of education, Ms. Tuyet’s motto is to always respect the creativity of each person. A work of art is not whether right or wrong, the important thing is the meaning it brings to the viewer.
Mrs. Duong Ngoc Quynh Lam has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Before that, she held many positions with different experiences: Interior Design and Brand Management in Singapore (from 2011 to 2017); Design manager at Singapore Radius Design, Hanoi branch (from 2018 to 2019).
She graduated from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Singapore and graduated with a Master’s degree of Interior Design from University for the Creative Arts, U.K.
Mr. Le Xuan Giang commenced his tenure at Hoa Sen University in 2012. Prior to this, he served as a lecturer at the City University of Fine Arts in Ho Chi Minh City and worked as a freelance painter and sculptor.
Mr. Xuan Giang holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City. His areas of expertise encompass design, sculpture, and scale modeling.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he frequently engages in model making, statue creation, and painting.
Mr. Xuan Giang believes that lecturers play a crucial role in inspiring, guiding, and motivating students, fostering their eagerness to learn and their journey of self-discovery.
Mr. Bien Xuan Truong has been a faculty member at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
He holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts.
In his leisure time, he enjoys painting landscapes.
Mr. Truong chose a teaching career out of a desire to work closely with and share knowledge with students.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuong Thuong has been a lecturer at Hoa Sen University since 2021.
She holds a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts. Her artistic skills encompass a variety of mediums including silk, oil paint, lacquer, and woodcut. Additionally, she has a keen interest in fashion illustration.
Ms. Thuong Thuong believes that “Art is beauty, and teaching is a means to spread this beauty to everyone.”
Ms. Nguyen Thi Diep has been a faculty member at Hoa Sen University since 2012.
She graduated with a Master’s degree in Art Theory from Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, specializing in Applied Arts.
Choosing a career in teaching, Ms. Diep aims to inspire creativity, impart specialized knowledge, guide practical skill development, share professional experiences, and explore and nurture the potential of each student, striving for excellence in design.
Mr. Tran Minh Nhut started working at Hoa Sen University from 2021.
Before that, he had worked in many different positions with experiences: Intern for designer Si Hoang (2012), Intern for designer Quynh Paris (2014), Garment Technical Design Specialist (Company. Traval Vai Co.Ldt – from 2015 to 2016), Teaching Assistant (Hoa Sen University – from 2016 to 2017), Lecturer – Head of Short Course Program in Fashion Design (Kent International College – from 2017 to 2019), Full-time Lecturer (Hong Bang International University – from 2019 to 2020).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Fashion Design, Hoa Sen University – Mod’Art International Paris Cooperation Program (France) (2014); Master in Fine Arts Theory and History – Ho Chi Minh University of Fine Arts (2019), Mr. Minh Nhut’s area of expertise is Fashion Design. In addition, he had achievements in the process of studying and working: Top 15 Haute Couture categories in Her World 2013 Young Faces contest; Second prize in Fashion Creation 2014, Hoa Sen University.

Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture majoring in Fashion Design, she also has a Master’s degree from the University of Fine Arts of Ho Chi Minh City majoring in Theory and History of Fine Arts, her area of expertise is Embroidery in Fashion Design.
Mrs. La Thi Tuyet Mai has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2011.
She used to have experience as a pattern maker at Come Long Son Kim company and fashion designer at Thai Son Co., Ltd – Aloha brand.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Textile Materials – Hanoi University of Science and Technology, she teaches effects on materials and modeling.
Mrs. Bui Ngoc Thuy Trang has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Ms. Thuy Trang graduated with a Bachelor of International Economics – majoring in economic geostrategy at the University of Paris 2 and a Master in Fashion Management – ISEM – ESMOD (Paris).
Mrs. Nguyen Duong Quynh Anh has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020. Before, she was a lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts from Kyoto University of Fine Arts in Japan, Mrs. Quynh Anh has strengths in Art History and Product Design, etc.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Lan Truc has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2016.
Graduated with a Master’s degree of Applied Fine Arts from Ton Duc Thang University, she has been working for 16 years in professional graphic fields in advertising companies and enterprises while teaching at universities in Vietnam.
Mrs. Tran Thi Nhat Tram has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
She has 15 years of experience in the fields of Design and Communication. She used to work as Creative Director for The Compass company; Former Associate Creative Director of Dentsu Vietnam Company (Top 5 largest advertising agencies in the world, No. 1 agency in Japan). At the same time, she also participated in design management and created many public campaigns for advertisement and brand identity for well-known domestic and foreign brands such as: Ajinomoto, Aji-ngon, Toyota, Yamaha, Kirin, Sanyo AQUA, Panasonic, Canon, Yakult, Kao, Traphaco, Sacombank, Vinamilk, etc.
Graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture and is about to complete a Master’s program at Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts, Mrs. Tram has strengths in Creative, Design, Communication, Advertising, TVC Creative & Production. She is also keen on interacting and working with experts in the fields of Creative, Design, Advertising, Production domestically and internationally.
Mrs. Phan Thi Kieu My started teaching at Hoa Sen University in 1997 as a visiting lecturer. She officially joined Hoa Sen University in 2003.
Mrs. Kieu My graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education majoring in Drawing and Design (in 1988) and University of Science in Ho Chi Minh City in Information Technology (in 2003). She is a very enthusiastic lecturer with over 25 years of experience in teaching 2D graphics software.
Mrs. Hoang Le Thien Huong has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the University of Architecture in Ho Chi Minh City, she went to London (UK) to experience before returning home to complete a Master’s degree in Theory and History of Fine Arts from Hanoi University of Industrial Fine Arts. Her strengths are art theory and research in general.

Since 2018, Le Minh Thanh has been a core faculty member at Hoa Sen University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s degree in Visual Arts from the City University of Fine Arts, Ho Chi Minh City (2018). His academic and professional expertise spans Graphic Design, Multimedia Communication, and Pedagogy.
In his professional practice, he values sociability, prioritizes collective interests, and believes in the importance of self-reliance while also being open to learning from others.
His personal interests include a preference for yellow light, a fascination with technology, and a passion for blogging and sharing tips. Additionally, he is actively involved in community service projects, as well as cultural and artistic initiatives.
Le Minh Thanh is deeply committed to teaching and is dedicated to providing the best education to future generations.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhu joined Hoa Sen University in 2022. She embraces the philosophy that teaching is an act of leadership in learning, emphasizing the idea that “We are all learners, and the teacher is a leading learner.” She currently teaches courses such as Design Thinking, Design Philosophy, and Brand Identity, where she not only imparts her knowledge and experience but also encourages students to share their perspectives, enriching the collective learning experience.
Ms. Nhu graduated as valedictorian from Hoa Sen University with a major in Graphic Design. Following this achievement, she pursued further education at Nuova Academia di Belle Arti in Milan, Italy, where she completed a Master of Communication Design. Her research focused on “Positive Psychological Support for Young People Who Have Experienced Parental Divorce Through Therapeutic Storytelling.” This highlights her profound interest in mental health, positive psychology, and art therapy, in addition to her passion for Design and Art.
Beyond her academic responsibilities, Ms. Nhu actively participates in social projects and collaborates with non-governmental and non-profit organizations, contributing to community development and social welfare initiatives.
Mrs. Duong Ngoc Quynh Lam has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.

Mrs. Ha Thi Hoai Thu started working at Hoa Sen from 2019.
In addition to teaching, she is also the CEO of Kien Xanh company, operating in the field of construction design consultancy, applied feng shui science, project management and civil construction (from February 2001 to present). Before that, she was in charge of designing (structural and architectural), estimating and managing construction works at Saigon Construction Corporation and designing (structural) civil construction works in Cotec company.
Graduated in Civil Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. she is always interested in Architecture and Construction activities.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thuy Ha has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2018.
Ms. Thuy Ha is an Architect with 15 years of working experience and many years of teaching experience with different units: Architects (Architectural Design Department – Transport Construction Design Consultancy Company) – from 2003 to 2006; Minh Tien JSC – Bitexco Group – from 2006 to 2008; Hoa Binh Space Joint Stock Company – Khang Thong Group – 2012); Full-time lecturer at Van Lang Private University and Visiting Lecturer at Ton Duc Thang University (from 2012 to 2014); Lecturer at Ton Duc Thang University (from 2014 to 2018).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of Architect in Building Architecture and a Master’s degree in Planning from Hanoi University of Architecture, Ms. Thuy Ha is interested in architectural and interior design.

He used to work as a jewelry designer (Ho Chi Minh City Jewelry Company (SJC) – from 2000 to 2002); concept artist (Visualizer) (Dentsu, Satchi & Satchi – from 2002 to 2006); design artist (Concept Artist) (Saola Animation – from 2006 to 2010); Creative director (Cinemagic Workshop – from 2015 to present).
Graduated from University of Oil Painting at Ho Chi Minh City University of Fine Arts and majored in Illustration at Academy of Art University (USA), his areas of expertise are digital illustration, digital sculpture, entertainment design.
Mr. Vo Anh Tuan has been working at Hoa Sen University since 2020.
Before that, he had nearly 10 years in the profession, and experienced many positions in well-known enterprises such as Vinamation, DigiPost. He was also the leader of post-production, film, television and advertising companies such as Kantana, TodayTV, and Production Director at Light company Wave.
Graduated with a Master’s degree in Digital Effects in the UK, Mr. Tuan’s areas of expertise are Film Production, Film Editing, Motion Picture Effects, Multimedia Graphic Design, Digital Marketing.
Mr. Nguyen Phuoc Thien has been working at Hoa Sen since 2020.
Before that, he had 7 years of experience at game companies such as GNT, VNG, Virtuos Vietnam (Sparx).
Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration from Academy of Art University, San Francisco (USA), he is a freelance illustrator and concept artist with experience in game design projects, in-game items, trailers of Vietnameseized costumes of some characters in the game Lien Quan released by Garena.
